Lexton is Landell’s Managing Director. He has extensive experience in management consulting dating back to Landell's establishment in 1999. Lexton consults as a probity and procurement expert, specialising in large whole of Government procurement projects, he has been engaged to provide the principal evaluation management, commercial advisory and lead negotiation role. 

 

Lexton has led and provided procurement services for an extensive range of procurement projects, including whole of Government software licensing contracts, ICT infrastructure projects, whole of Government service arrangements, and whole of Government telecommunications procurements. He also provides strategic procurement advice to a wide range of Government departments and agencies on an as needs basis, including probity and process advice. Lexton has also been active member of various Government probity panels.

David is an accomplished executive director, senior manager and Program Director with extensive experience in the Public Sector, both Federally, and in particular, Victorian State Government. David’s skillset includes a management perspective of the increasingly in-demand areas of information security and benefits realisation planning.

 

David has led several budget submissions to Government and is familiar with DTF’s Investment Management Standards. He has many years of experience in driving major programs and projects from concept through to implementation and completion. David also leads Gateway Review Teams on High Risk / High Value projects and programs for the New Zealand Government and the Victorian State Government.

 

This blend of complex, real world experience driving projects in the public and private sectors, along with extensive Assurance experience enables David to offer clients high quality, pragmatic and actionable advice.

Ken Armstrong, as Founder and Managing Director, established the Insurance Exchange of Australia Group (IEA) in 1978, the Expense Reduction Analysts Global Insurance Consulting Services (ERAGICS - UK) in 2004.

 

As the Principal Consultant of the Landell IRM consulting practice, Ken Armstrong has been assisting global organisations and local government, since 1978, by providing bespoke strategies to ensure that:

  • The Organisations and Local Government have effectively and efficiently identified and transferred their core insurable risks;
  • Their insurance / risk transfer programs provide the best coverage at the most competitive costs; and
  • Their insurance advisors/brokers are their advocates and fiduciaries and not the agents of any insurers and or risk financiers to their programs.

Peter has extensive experience as a project manager and procurement resource for a number of concurrent programs, both ICT and business led.  Major focuses of his roles have included providing sourcing advice for strategic and the development of complex tender documentation and evaluation plans for BPO and ICT programs. Alongside this he has guided and mentored colleagues, management and operational contract managers on contractual and commercial matters, compliant procurement practices (including as probity officer) and the GITC Framework.

 

Peter’s broad technical and management background in ICT combined with an innate commercial acumen has been extremely well developed over a long career in the field of ICT procurement. Peter employs his knowledge and experience daily through all facets of the sourcing lifecycle through to representing the business as the operational contract manager for the transactions. He is well versed at engaging with his clients at the outset of a procurement project and maintaining the engagement during the project.

Bronwyn has over 25 years’ experience in managing procurement services and functions in large organisations, mostly in the Victorian Government. She has established and managed organisational procurement functions covering the debelopment and continuous improvement of including frameworks, policies, procedures and document templates, and the provision of internal consultancy services and intranet resources. She has led procurement events to establish major contracts of supply in such categoies as travel management services, stationery and office requisites and property advisory and fit-out services and executive services to support Executives and Boards.

 

She has provided extensive probity advice on hundreds of procurements, providing briefings and advice to project teams, executives adn board members.

Julie has over 16 years’ experience in procurement environments both within, and consulting to, the Victorian Government. During her time in government, Julie was instrumental in transitioning the Department of Treasury and Finance to operate under the Victorian Government Purchasing Board’s procurement reform framework. Further, she shaped and influenced procurement policy and strategy, undertook many and varied procurement projects and assisted central agencies to maximise benefits from their procurement activities.

 

Since joining Landell, Julie has worked with many Government Departments and Agencies applying her extensive experience and strong understanding of Government requirements to all activities undertaken, from policy and process development and reviews, through to the support and conduct of end to end procurement. Julie also provides probity advisory services and is a registered probity practitioner on the whole of Victorian Government Professional Advisory Services Panel.
