Maximising value from a refresh of a Government procurement panel

Client: Victorian Government- Inner Department

Landell worked with the client to refresh an existing ICT goods and services panel. The panel created efficiencies across Government by providing agencies with a central means to buy ICT goods and services. We conducted a market review, held stakeholder consultations, developed the business case and tender documents and advised on the commercial aspects of the contract. We identified further value of $7M in savings for the client over the contract term.

Streamlined facilities management services create cost savings

Client: World-leading Resources Company

Landell led the supply arrangements for the client’s Global Facility Management Strategy for 11 locations across Asia Pacific and the United Kingdom. Our approach involved a refinement of the strategy which impacted over 14 global sites and accounted for a total annual spend of over $500Mbefore establishing the end-to-end global supply arrangements. We led the contract options analysis and negotiations with the shortlisted and preferred suppliers and maximised value for the client with $8.5MUSDin savings over 3 years.
